What is your returns policy?
For the safety of our staff and all of our wonderful clients,
due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will no longer accept a return of items.

How do I track my order?
We know you can't wait to get your Purple Sky packages! We update every order with
your tracking number when it leaves our facility. An email will be sent to you with all tracking information as soon as it's entered into our system for delivery.
What are your delivery options?
All Purple Sky will be shipped by Priority Mail for orders topping $150 or more. All other orders are sent First Class. Either way you're winning with Purple Sky Boutique!
